About me

Ivko Stanev, M.Arch. has over 14 years of experience in the design, construction and author's supervision of residential and tourist buildings and complexes.

His professional passion are the one-family houses, and since the beginning of 2019 he has also been a certified designer of passive and low-energy buildings.

Since 2014 until now he is the chief designer at the architectural studio "Vamos", where he is responsible for the design, interior design and the implementation of large-scale hotel developments. Among his projects are luxury and prestigious buildings and complexes, realized both in the capital and throughout the country.

Design

This service includes the invention of your building: its complete scaled creation on paper and its preparation for construction.

Supervision

This service represents the designers’ attendance of your building during its construction. I and my colleagues keep an eye on the precise and correct completion of every single detail of the project.

Budgeting

This service represents the estimated construction value of your building based entirely on its design parameters and the up-to-date building market prices at that moment.

Measured survey

Complete and accurate measurement of an existing building and creation of construction drawings. They serve as the starting point for designing and executing renovations or reconstructions.

Complex service

The complex service includes more than one of the other services. This undoubtedly ensures a higher quality of the finished product.
