By 2022, all buildings must have a technical passport
The technical passport is a mandatory document that describes the current condition of the building - just like the personal passport of each of us. What information does the technical passport contain:
- Year of construction
- Type of construction
- Degree of sustainability and safety of the building and its infrastructure
- Degree of energy efficiency
- Description of the architecture, load-bearing structure, electrical, plumbing and HVAC installations
- Description of all construction and repair work carried out
- Prescriptions for necessary repairs and the deadline for their completion
